Oil change, tire rotation no issues. Did have check engine light and rough idle problems but light was off at this time.. told to bring it back when the light comes on

Very professional and organized group. I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else for service except here due to them being quick, friendly, and of course fixing the issues with our vehicles I don't have time for with no problem. 5/5

My oil change appointment was at 10 o’clock. My car was taken back after 11. Otherwise it was fine as usual.

I called Hertrich to get a price on a truck while on vacation. I explained to Jaron (salesman) what I was looking for and by the end of the day over the phone we were working out the final details. He was very accommodating knowing our situation with vacation. The next morning, we came in to sign the paperwork and out the door we went. I will 100% buy another car from this dealership in the future. Thanks to Jaron and the rest of the team at Hertrich for getting me back in a 2500HD.

I called to make a service appointment and spoke with Debbie who is always super nice and friendly. Kevin was our service tech contact and he was very helpful and pleasant. I admire the way that all your service personnel remember our names and our cars!
