Always friendly, courteous, and quick. 10/10 recommend.

I came in for the back-up camera recall. It's clearly a problem item, and it is clear that there are thousands out there like it. When I was there, it happened to be functioning OK. So the service people signed off on it. I am left with a most-likely defective camera. All they had to do is replace it -- a very easy job, and a cheap part. But, no, they decided to leave me with it. I would have been much better off waiting until it really failed.
