Absolutely greatest skills and professionalism in the service department! All were very thorough in providing various repairs that were not only necesary but went above and beyond to help us. Rental car was necessary and it could not have been a better service and vehicle. Thank you to all :-)

Always a pleasure. Kevin and his team Always deliver excellent service. Even making sure you have a ride back to work. I also like the fact that once you are given a quote for a service they stick with it. I have been to other service departments for my vehicle but never have received this great service.

While the dealership and service department at Hertrich where extremely helpful, understanding and caught in the middle I am totally disappointed with General Motors Chevrolet and the way they handled the problem that they created by building a product that is inferior in many ways and then charging to replace the defective parts. With that being said I will never purchase another Chevy product.

The Pocomoke Hertrich location kept me well informed over the long repair. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and knowledgeable.
