They were able to order a part and have it overnighted and we had our car back in about 24 hours. My warranty had actually run out and they called GM and thankfully they honored the warranty. The managers were absolutely wonderful as well as the staff. My only complaint is you must ask. If you don’t ask, you will not receive some services that were greatly appreciated.Mellow T
