I spoke with Debbie of Customer Service, she explained the repair process, its probable length of time to fix and arranged for me to get a "loaner car." Debbie called me the day after I had dropped off the vehicle with an estimated date of repair. She also called the day the repair was completed. ABERDEEN, MD | 2017 Chevrolet CruzeNovember 24, 2022I’ve been to this dealership twice. Both times I was there between 1 hour and 45 minutes or two hours. Both times I only came in for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment and stayed with the vehicle. I’ve never been to a Chevrolet dealer that took longer than an hour.
